He loves his work, he loves working….

… and that’s the kind of workplace he really likes!

Last June 8, we finally moved to our new home.  Located in a nice, quiet subdivision in Quezon City, the new house is a big, 3-storey townhouse that has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 maid’s room.  It’s beautiful!  The floors are made of white marble tiles, while the floors in all four bedrooms, and the staircase are made of wood parquet.  We have a master’s bedroom, the kids have their own rooms, and we even have a room for our own office.  There’s so much space for our hyper four-year-old toddler to run around in the whole house!

Moving here was much different from the first move we made a last year.  While before, we only had to move two doors away from the first unit we occupied, this time it took several trips and a big truck to transfer all our stuff from the unit to the big house.  I couldn’t believe that little unit we occupied already had so much stuff in it!  It was really tiring! 

Anyway, it’s been over a week now, and we’ve finally settled everything down in this house.  My eldest daughter’s school opened last June 10 while the 2 younger kids’ school opened last Monday.  I’ve been very busy trying to keep up with the new schedule of getting up early and bringing our little Kindergartener to school daily.  My D and I agreed to take turns in bringing her, and picking her up from school everyday.  I’m trying to do away with getting a house help at this time, since I prefer to personally attend to all the needs of my family.  But my D insists that it’s about time for us to hire one, as he notices that I really get very, very exhausted by the end of the day.  He worries a lot about me losing more weight whenever I insist on trying to do everything all by myself, especially in this big house.
