This is our pet hamster.  She is now 1 1/2 years old.  We bought her, together with a male hamster last June 2007.  Some three weeks later, she killed her mate.  Later we learned that hamsters are territorial creatures.  This means they cannot share their home with another hamster.  So, we decided that she is better off alone.  Well, amazingly, now at 1 1/2 years old, this hamster is healthy and happy! 

We all call this hamster "Hi".  Everytime she hears anyone say "Hi", she panics around her cage, thinking that someone is about to give her some food.  She loves cookies!  No matter how much you give her, she’ll eat them all!  But don’t ever make a mistake of sticking your finger into her cage, she’ll definitely bite your finger, thinking it’s just another cookie!

I first saw this video on tv and I was so shocked!

Regardless of what reasons this man and whoever was taking that video were, I believe this is child abuse and totally unacceptable!  These people should be arrested and that baby should be taken away from them!
